As cases become more complex and increasingly expensive, it can become necessary to bring in a third, impartial party to assist in the decision-making process. At IMO, we implement peer reviews to make sure that injured patients are treated with the best medical care, in the best long-term interest of the patient's full recovery and return to activity. We believe that the best medical care represents the best value. IMO will conduct the detail coordination that is needed for a "designated doctor" (DD). This would include the coordination involved with appropriate record collection, DWC forms and process and the DD medical summary that should be available prior to the designated doctor appointment. In addition, IMO has various doctors of expertise within select specialties for "required medical examinations: (RME). We will expedite the process as required by DWC all the way to receiving a valuable RME report to utilize as a tool in order to measure claims and medical status and enhance medical and return-to-work plans.
